Outline planning permission is sought by developers for the site known as Arden Green on Tilehouse lane, for upto 200 dewellings with open space and play area. As with all proposals “Sustainability” is one of the main criteria and my initial concerns is we do not have the road structure or local facilities
On the land south of Norton Lane Summix are launching a public consultation regarding the proposal to build 850 new homes , the date for this is Thursday 26th June between 1-8pm at the Earlswood Methodist Church .
When speaking with residents one of the major issues that keep being raised is providing affordable houses for our families who already live in the area but cannot afford new homes. One of the solutions is that all new developments introduce the governments First Homes scheme which provides Key workers and people who already live in the area the opportunity to purchase new homes at a discounted rate.
