This submission via the call for sites has been previously highlighted on 25th April. Rainier Developments are submitting plans to build upto 110 homes plus an extension to the sports ground
A consultation period will be undertaken and leaflets will be delivered to local residents advising them of the proposals on or around June 20th
As mentioned in the video the key word is “Sustainability” with my initial concerns regarding the suitability of Rumbush Lane to cope with all the extra traffic as we can see it is still a country road.
Another concern is “Coalescence”, we must keep our local boundaries so our villages can maintain their independence and identity that make them a special place to live and not to be joined by over development
